About Me
Despite my business being relatively new, I've been baking for almost my entire life! I've always loved baking treats for my family and friends, and when the global pandemic hit it was an opportunity for me to get a little more creative and experiment with new recipes. I've now turned my passion into a full-time job and I love every moment of it!
I've honed in on my favourite things to bake - cupcakes, tiered cakes and macarons. Each can be such a special treat for a friend or loved one and it brings me so much joy to be able to create a little taste of magic for you.

Hi, I'm Sophia! I'm the owner and full-time baker of the business. I absolutely love trying out new recipes and ideas. Seeing your final creations come to life gives me so much joy! When I'm not baking in the kitchen, I love to go camping and explore the Scottish highlands.

Peanuts is Baked by Sophia's number one fan and newest addition to the team. He joined the BBS household in September 2021. He loves to explore the neighbourhood in the day and find new places around the house for a catnap in the evening.

I absolutely love creating goodies for you. My heart and soul goes into each and every sweet treat that I bake, and I'm always on the look out for new design inspiration to take my bakes to the next level.
